Urban Mobility Innovation is a consultancy specialized in urban mobility and the future infrastructure of autonomous air transport. Our services include feasibility studies for vertiports and logistical planning of drone-based transport systems in urban areas. We do not provide medical (ambulance) transport, do not sell toy drones, and do not focus on religious or child-related projects.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Our obligations: We strive to deliver advisory services that are accurate, professional, and tailored, based on the available information and the current state of technology.

Your obligations: You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information necessary for our service delivery. You agree to use our services exclusively for legal purposes.

3. Limitation of Liability

Our advice is intended as professional support and does not constitute a guarantee for specific future results, permits, or commercial successes. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or advice. Our total liability is in any case limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

4. Payments and Refunds

All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are specified in the quotation or agreement. Cancellations and refunds are only possible as expressly agreed in the written order confirmation. There are no hidden fees.
